This former yard is to be allocated temporary use as a free zone: dockland warehouses and temporary architecture will provide accommodation for studios, exhibition spaces, experimental manufacturing and catering. Two new routes across the Schiedamseweg will connect this new area to public transport and neighbouring residential areas.
