Almost all the developments up to 2015 will take place where the land meets the water. The water bus and water taxi will open up all these locations and provide links to public transport on land. As long as there is good provision for slow traffic to access the stops, water transport will be the obvious choice. It will be essential to link various locations in Stadshavens to each other and with the surrounding areas, even though some may not yet be fully in use. Therefore, preinvestment in stops (with connections to transport links) and overheads is vital.
